• The ServiceNow FSM Architect should have experience on designing solutions for FSM Module. Should also have expertise is building solutions for 3rd party interfaces with ServiceNow.

• Responsible for the overall design of the application and mapping client business requirements from the project team to systems/technical requirements

• Provides expertise in technical knowledge, methodology and framework, data integration and data flows, ServiceNow Architecture, and software development and coding.

• Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Project Manager

• Review detailed functional design document to match customer requirements

• Co-team with the Developers to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements.

• Provide the client with ServiceNow development Best-Practices Advice and assist in their implementation.

• Deliver ServiceNow development consulting services based on the Client’s ServiceNow release plan, including all modules implemented by the client.

• Identifies solutions and formulates implementation and migration strategies.

• Manage workload of an offshore development team. Provide functional guidance in their day-to-day activities. Advise them on following best practices and industry standards.

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ServiceNow. Advise customers/users on workflow design.

• Define and document the ServiceNow design / design components required to deliver the functional requirements as communicated by the customer

• Gain agreement on the technical aspects of the proposed solution with internal customer(s)

• Lead scoping activities in support of release planning, resulting in release cost and schedule estimation

• Define the data migration strategy and approach, and support the teams as they clean, align, migrate and augment the data

• Define the test strategy, including mandatory functional test components, and work as part of the program and internal customer team to configure the testing environment and identify and resolve issues that come out of testing

• Support the creation of training materials

• With the program manager, control technical scope and scope change to ensure a smooth development and delivery of the solution

Consultant fluent in ServiceNow portal and C set forms.

• Service-Now customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations.

• Experience on Integration technologies such as Web Services, SOAP, HTTP, MID Server

• Good communication (written & oral) & presentation skills, business analysis skills, self-initiated, quick learner.

• Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including managing the overall security of the platform, configuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs), developing workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items, domain separation and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions

• Developing, designing, configuring and rollout of new application modules, workflows and catalog requests

• Responsible for troubleshooting any errors found in the ServiceNow configuration

• Authoring and maintaining technical documentation

• Loading, manipulating and maintaining data within/between ServiceNow and other systems

• Support the deployment into QA and Production environments

• Performing system and integration testing

• A strong desire to produce quality work, adopt standards and adhere to those standards

Job Description:-

• Must have very good understanding on Windows Internals/ Core areas, network stack, driver stack and model etc.

• Must have worked on Windows CE, & Embedded Operating Systems

• Strong Trouble shooting, triaging skills.

• Ability to debug an issue starting from Application layer going deep all the way thru Kernel, Drivers and Memory level debugging to nail down an issue.

• Strong understanding of Windows Network stack

• Excellent coding and developing optimized code in C, C++.

• Windows SDK -> At least for Junior folks, These are ‘MUST’.

• Ability to code/understand Assembly language required for debugging,

• Must have deep understanding Device Driver, Kernel, Shell, IPC, RDP, Memory management, Threads, Graphics – GDI, Storage (USB, SD Drive and others), File System & Networking

• Ability to perform Crash Dump Analysis, remote debugging, etc.

• Windows OS Security architecture.
